Dr. Jackie Micklewright
❋
Welcome to Acuity Brain Health clinic. I am a Mayo-Clinic trained, Board Certified, neuropsychologist with 15+ years of professional experience in the Twin Cities. I founded Acuity in 2026 with the goal of eliminating barriers to convenient, high-quality evaluations and care. My passion is serving adults (18+) with concerns about ADHD, executive dysfunction, aging and memory loss, and all types of cognitive concerns.
Finding time to take care of yourself can be challenging, but it is always a worthwhile investment. I know that your time is precious, so I aim for ease and efficiency. At Acuity, you get to choose. I offer tele-health, in-person sessions, or a combination. Do the interview and testing in one day, or split it up into two briefer appointments. I also offer a variety of consultation, evaluation, and treatment options. Choose one of our convenient scheduling options and get started today.
Acuity evaluations are designed to provide clarity. My goal is to help you learn more about yourself and the barriers to reaching your potential. Are you struggling at school or work? Feeling stuck? Unhappy? Overwhelmed? Prone to procrastination? Acuity is here to help you find your way.
Using your evaluation as a guide, I can design tailored treatment services to help you manage difficulties at home, work or school. In just a few sessions, I can teach you research-backed strategies to reduce procrastination and help with focus, time-management, organization, and memory.
Your health deserves more than a 10-minute appointment and a rushed goodbye.

What To Expect
Interview
We begin with a discussion about your questions, concerns, and how your symptoms are affecting your daily life. We use this information to design a testing session that provides answers.
Testing
Dr. Micklewright will explain how to do all of the puzzles, brain games, and activities, as she administers them to you in a comfortable office (or virtually). The testing session is interactive and may last up to a couple of hours.
Share Results
Test results will provide clarity about the cause of your symptoms and to move forward. Typically results are available 1 - 2 weeks after testing, sometimes they can even be provided on the day of testing.
Plan with Purpose
You will receive a detailed report that pulls everything together and gives you a plan of action. It can be just for you, or you can share it with your family, school, or medical team.
