Our clinic accepts referrals from all variety of medical professionals and healthcare providers, psychologists and social workers, and support teams. We offer brief wait times for testing and will send the referring provider a copy of the report in a timely manner. We are always available for phone consultation, should any questions arise.

We accept referrals for any type of adult client. Only Medicare patients require a copy of an order (from a MD, DO, CNP, PA), submitted via fax or HIPAA compliant email.
